Windows XP's messageboxes have centered OK button, and the background color is gray(buttonface or 3D objects color set), but Windows 7's one is white, and the OK button is right aligned. Also, 7's messagebox's height is a little higher, and XP's msgbox's width is unlimited, but 7's msgbox's maximum width is about 5 inches. I tried to swap user32.dll but I only get BSOD's. Is there a utility or a custom user32, or other ways to do this?

I do not mean the message box's icon.

No, it does not help me convert the message box.

Also, changing the menu bar color and the window background color makes me close, but there are some differences

As I stated in a previous post, Win7 does not play nice with SOME Win XP apps.
:D :D

Did you peruse the link I provided in your other post #2 same subject-matter?

No, it is a different situation. Messageboxes are not an application to run. It is called by a system DLL I guess
