Getting strange score (using Windows 7 Experience Index problem)

Hi all,

I have just bought Lenevo X121e intel i3 2367M (1.4).
According to all available reviews, I should get a score more than 5.00 using Windows 7 Experience Index problem.

But I am getting 3.4 (due to weak processor performance), which is not realistic, because this processor , intel i3 2367M, has a score of min: 5.2 !!!

I am running win 7 Ultimate 64 bit, and the device is really slow

Any help!

Have you tried running the Experience index again?

This is a known issue where the CPU throttling seems stuck at 55% ISH

try downloading and using throttle stop

Thank you. I have just found about this issue:

But I dont know if using ThrottleStop can harm the device. It seems to be a risky operation.
What do you think?

When using ThrottleStop, it is strongly recommended to monitor power consumption at the wall with a Kill-a-Watt meter or similar device and make sure that you don't exceed the power capabilities of your power adapter. yes apparently you might need to use a 90W power Supply

I doubt Throttle Stop will do any damage as long as you watch the obvious things like temperature, and if the PSU can't cope it will fail then recover, just watch your PSU temp too
