Im using Windows 7 on modern pc, but there are a lag issues,While I get 500 fps in Windows 10, I get 200 fps in Windows 7, and also the game freezes occasionally and recovers after 1 second. Even though fps is not a problem, this freezing/lag problem bothers me. My laptop is 144hz, Windows 7 is also 144hz and my video card has Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver installed, Aero is working.
