i was looking threw my things and i found this

and im wondering what it is and how to i get rid of it?

Well its part of a program called "Minibug" which is associated with WeatherBug, thats what google says. Do you know these programs?

I dont have weather bug and i dont think any of the programs that I dled came with it i tried looking for the file ill look again i just want to get rid of it.

That's not a normal program... try downloading malwarebytes and running a quick scan.

just did a scan found it as that, did a restart with removal but its still at the bottom where i found it..

Go to Start -> Run -> msconfig. Click on the Startup tab.... do you see it listed? If so, uncheck it.

I wanna get rid of that installer from down there, can anyone help me out. there is also another one that i want to get rid of from down there as well called lanch pad

Launch Pad is from your SanDisk USB drive. Maybe you could try to Manually remove those. Go to the registry location where its mentioning in Malwarebyte in registry. Ensure that you make a backup first. Then delet thoses keys from there. Then do a search to make sure everything is removed Completely. Search in your C drive as well for that file and delete it from there as well. Try with different Adware scanners .

If you got rid of them already, and you want to get rid of those entries you're showing there in the Notification Area, then do this. Those are just old entries in the screenshot you have there, if you got rid of the minibug thing already.

that lanch i know is from a usb that wasnt mine though i want to get rid of it i cant find the uninstaller, i did delete the folder though
