1 - how can we make only the start menu transparent like in the gold glass theme?

2 - can you make a similar theme but with other colours from gold, like silver, blue, etc?

That link doesn't work because it is a Mediafire Link and the forum software disables it now, I did find he has it on deviantart but the link to the theme says the file has been deleted or no longer exists and I have not been able to find it anywhere else sorry.
