Solved Got virus, cannot boot Windows, please help

So here's the story:
My computer got a virus, I started it the next morning and I couldn't boot it to Windows. I could only be led to Asus Preload Wizard (I own an Asus G75VW). This wizard says it will delete all my files. I have many files I would like to not have to wipe, and so I've tried many ways to repair my computer.

I made a repair DVD, cleaned up some viruses, and then nothing changed. I followed a guide that told me to get an installation disk of windows, so I got one of my version (Windows 7 Home Premium), but I got 64 bit, and I'm not 100% sure my computer is 64 bit. But I managed to get my computer to recognize that, and I went to the Repair part of the Windows 7 installation. And there is a list of OS to repair, but it is empty. So it tells me to 'Load Drivers'. I don't know what this means, and I don't know what drivers to load.

When I browse my computer to find the drivers, all my files seem to be intact, but on the D: drive now instead of on C:, which is strange(I have two HDDs, my data is normally on C.

So now I am really at a loss at what to do. It seems my only options are to repair windows, which I can't find the drivers for, or back up all my files and then do the Asus Recovery thing, or reinstall Windows. If I reinstall windows, will my old data be wiped?

If I was unclear or forgot to provide any useful info, please tell me. I'm at a loss really, and any help would be very very very greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Also, in BIOS if I boot up in Windows Boot Manager, no matter what option I choose, even through F8, I'm led to Asus Preload Wizard.

EDIT: Pardon my terminology, I don't have 2 hard drives, just C and D partitions

How do you know so sure it's a virus?
What error message if you try to boot normally?

C and D are just drive letters. It's defined in the current running OS. So in recovery environment the drive letters can be different.

Do http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/682-command-prompt-startup.html to enter "command prompt". There do:

diskpart
select disk 0
list part
list vol
exit

How many partitions do you see? What is purpose of each?
How many volumes? (not interested in DVD and external usb disks)
