So today I got another pc case in the mail. It's the one in the 1st photo below.
And I moved everything from my old pc case to this one and it was all fine untill I got to the wiring.
Everything went fine then I got the all the USB,HD Audio, power, restart.
On the old pc it was one plug. In this one there were like 5 different ones and I didn't had a clue where to put them.
There is no where for them I go but where the first whole one was.
I messed around with it all.
No luck then I was just messing round with the power one nothing happens in any but one of them.
I pressed the switch it turned on then off again. Just this once . After that it didn't do it again.
It will not do anything now :(
Did I like fry it.
What's wrong with it :(

Is there any chance this case has a brand name and model number?

Normally, the little wires from the front of the case have labels on the at the connector end, where they connect to the motherboard. Are your connectors unlabeled? You should see something like PWR or SPKR on them.

The individual pins on the motherboard may have some sort of label that matches the wires---or you may have to refer to a diagram in your motherboard manual to see the pin assignments.

If not, you may be able to trace them to the front of the case and make an educated guess.

If not that, then you are down to trial and error.

Was discarded by previous owner due to "horrible performance".
Was running Win Xp from a IDE drive. Yeah. Was a pain.
SATA II drive and Win7 and it zips away! Yay!
Just try to connect the power switch first, leave the others off until you get it booting, then connect the others.

I personally think it's unlikely, it just detected weird things and decided to shut down.
Those connectors are all digital buttons and USB ports (I hope). To fry a mobo you have to do remarkably stupid things with the PSU connectors, there isn't enough juice in the other connections.
At least all times I screwed up those connections myself (heh, old hardware, no manual nor other hints) the mobo never fried.

Now be a bit more optimistic and find the motherboard's manual, it should state what pins on the motherboard are. Don't touch it until you know again what the hell is going on.

Also, posting the motherboard model (it should be printed on the motherboard somewhere) should help us giving better advice (and finding the manual in pdf from the net).

As a sidenote, you still have the old case with the single connector right? What about connecting that again and trying to start up? if it runs with that then everything is still alive.

Here I will post more pics.
I will try and find the motherboard.
Here are the pins that they go into.
I will show you the connector from the old pc in the last photo.
Also would like to add that I got it to do the quick power on then off again.
Give me emails and I will send you a video.

(Update) I'm a frickin idiot. Took it out of the case (Pic 1)
The reason why it was shorting out I think is cause I forgot to put the little motherboard stands (Pic 2)
And I think it was touching the metal case inside and was interfering with the bottom of the motherboard (Pic 3)
It worked out of the case :) going to do it properly. Pray for me :D

Very stupid thing you did, young padawan :D. Impatience heh. I know that.

+10 for figuring it out on your own though.

Assuming it still works, that's a "mcp73vt-pm", which most sources on the net say it is the same as ECS GF7050VT-M5, just with a different form factor (stuff is rearranged to make one or the other fit a smaller case).

All sources point to the page 24 of this manual, which is for the ECS GF7050VT-M5, but the pin map for the case stuff should be exactly the same.

Since your cables are clearly labeled from the pics I see and now you have a pin map, it should be a breeze to set it up correctly.
Besides, if you really want to do it the really safe way, it's not that hard to guess from the position of the cables in the old connector.
