Have internet access but no internet

Hey guys, I'm new here. Anyway, I have really strange problem, and don't know real cause of it. Yesterday I installed latest version of Avast Antivirus, everything went just fine until I woke up this morning. I have internet connection on every device in house but not on my laptop on which Avast was installed. I uninstalled Avast recently but nothing changed, my laptop is still connected to wifi internet in my house, it says "internet access" but nothing won't go online, I can't browse nor Chrome nor IE, even Skype won't log in. My only thought was to format my laptop, but I'd rather to not do that. So, does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Can you ping Google from the Safe Mode with Networking?
Can you surf from the Safe Mode with Networking?
If you need help getting to that mode, please see this tutorial:

Just select Safe Mode with Networking instead of Safe Mode.

If you can surf in the Safe Mode with Networking,
then please download/run this tool:
avast! Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for avast! Removal
If you can not surf in that mode,
please use another computer to get the removal tool,
then transfer it to the problematic computer via USB flash drive.
