HD Tach Translation please

I ran HD tach but I dont really know how to read the data to tell me if what I am seeing is good or bad. Any help would be awesome!

Average read of 211 MB/sec is about on the level of a decent SSD. That is very good for a spinning disk (Raid). The 13.6 MS random access time, however, is typical for a spinning disk. A SSD would be typically at 0.1 ms.
