Not a Guru,

I don't have TS and I'm not familiar with it, so I'm "Not a guru" too

I thought the link might get you started - sounds like you got it to work the way you describe, but it was only half of the soultion.

I searched again and found many solutions required a server of some kind.

But these sound promising
How to Play Music in Teamspeak 3 (with a Single Computer)
Requirements: Streaming Music in Teamspeak 3 with Virtual Audio Cable

If there is a vhoice between free and paid, choose the free version (the article mention Winamp and state that teh free veriosn will suffice)

If any link I post requires a paid version - stop there. I am not suggesting that you pay for anything to solve the issue.

If I know that you need a paid version (you rarely do) I'll say buy the paid version (I never have)

If those articles do not help, here's the search I used: https://www.google.com/search?q=team+speak+&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-ContextMenu&ie=&oe=#q=teamspeak%20share%20music&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-ContextMenu

Good luck,

Bill
