right now im doing a full system scan with maleware anti.. correct? if not i can do the rootkit scan again and find that folder, as soon as maleware scan starts my computer is locking up and nothing i click on is responding..

sorry computer is locking up periodically..
the rootkit scan from last night, and today i ran the rkill64 and thats its log..
computer is locking up and not responding when i run maleware full system scan, do you want me to let it run..
and check back later and see if it completes and then load, and then do the sfc scannow, or skip full system scan?

let it continue, then do sfc /scannow, mbar didn't change anything, and rkill changed a few services, i didn't tell you to run that, did i?

Download RougeKiller from the link given and save it to your Desktop,
when you run it it will have some activity and will have you accept a disclaimer, click Accept
click the scan button
when it's finished scanning, a log file will appear on your desktop, upload that (do not delete anything from rougekiller)

maleware antivirus.. and it couldnt complete someting about a memory error.. it stopped after 40minutes.. want me to sfc scannow or something else, malewarebytes is not going to finish its full scan

yeah, open an elevated command prompt by searching cmd in you start menu, right click it and run as administrator.
type sfc /scannow and wait for it to finish. tell us when your done

loaded computer in safe mode with command prompt.. it stopped the scan in verification phase stating "windows resource protection could not preform the requested operation"

please open adwclener and do the following (if you believe that is what caused the problem this time around)
On the top there should be a bar that says File, Tools, and help click on the tools dropdownn menu and select quarantine Manager and restore the files it may have removed, if this fixes the problem, we will go more in depth into adwcleaner and remove the virus's

--and why safe mode? did it work i normal mode, if it does then do that, make sure you run it as Administrator via the right click menu then continue to the above instructions if it does not fix the problem

I also noticed you have Hitman Pro installed on your computer, do you know where the log for that is?
--or rather, did anyone instruct you to make one?

Although, I'm starting to believe that the best option right about now is doing a clean install of windows, or to see if you can do a factory reset or system restore. IF you can do a system restore, we may be able to start over and fix the problem again! lol, but, about now, the best option is a clean install of windows, unless, of course, you would still like to try and crack this, but it's your choice.

no adwcleaner didn't cause any problems, most of my recovery tools and diagnostics were not working from the start..going to try the command prompt again in admin mode and see if the scan completes..

i cant even access the recovery tools to do a clean install, and i never backuped my image to dvd this is why im trying to crack this, otherwise i would do a factory reinstall.. if i could get a legal copy of an os win 7 image and someone walk me through on how to reformat i would..after i do all i can

okay, just to clarify, you can boot normal, in safe mode, ad safe mode w/ command prompt. Correct? Can you boot into Startup repair?

i can boot into normal, with network, and command prompt, have not tried startup repair, unless thats the f8 option when you turn the computer on, then i can't since it takes me strat to load screen, all my diagnostic tools have been slowly dissappearing. im going to get the logs from hitman, just a sec

just ran hitman pro. it was disabled but it had a feature to enable it since it stated a virus had disabled it or something like that, this is the log i got
