Help | Cant Start windows 7 after installing new drivers

hi guys.

i have a problme in my computer and i be glad if you guys could help me !

I recently updated my drivers by the program (Driver booster 3 PRo).
after the program finished to download the new drivers, he asks me to reboot the computer.
after i reboot, i couldent start the windows. my windows crashes at windows 7 loggin and show a blue screen for a 1 sec, and than restart the computer.

I cant go to Safe mode, Cant do recovery point cuse i dont have one.
i have access to Administrator Prompt and That's all.

what to do ? please help !

*BTW i dont have windows CD.

Boot in safe mode and do a system restore .

Your problem starter with using any program by IObits. IObits products has destroyed more computer than can be counted.

Their is no way of knowing all the damage youusing Driver booster 3 PRo by IObit has done.
I would suggest doing a Clean Install using this tutorial by Brink.
Then don't use any IObits programs for ever.
