HELP! Freezing Custom Desktop

If Seatools said the Hard Drive failed, I would back up my personal files and replace the drive. That is most likely part of your problem, if not all of it.

It's new and under warranty too.. kind of a bummer if that is the culprit since it's a WD Black. Is there a way to just image what I have on it and replace everything onto a new hard drive?

Sure. There are a lot of good programs that will do that. A lot of people here like Macrium Reflect as an imaging program. And it's free. Just RMA the drive to Western Digital. They should replace it.
