help MY LAPTOP KEEPS CRASHING AND RESTARTING

HI sending my msconfigsys report for network drivers. it did solve the improper shutting down of my laptop when i turned of my internet. however I would like help maybe there is still something wrong somewhere as my laptop still crashes down all of a sudden, no pattern at all. sometimes it lets me watch videos for a time and then it crashes and restarts or when i just turn on the laptop and it crashes right away.
this has been to service centers back and forth I got tired of it.
I hope somebody could help.

The drivers how did you update them? as I am not a fan of the Windows feature preferring to go to the manufacturers hence the system specs please.

Look this might sound a bit pedantic but the system specs are a little more than that we need to now what the motherboard is the network adaptor brand and even the Acer model would help.

Just out of interest how old is the machine??

Hi guys i have attached my laptops profile from a software i downloaded so you can all have the needed details. Sometimes my laptop could stay on for 2 days nonstop like when it was at the service center but when i moved it around or brought it home it would act up again. I use 3ds max and autocad on this and this laptop was with me for about a year and half when it started acting up. they have cleaned it etc but to no avail. I hope somebody out there can find me a fix for this. Thank you so much!
