I did download it by using "Save As" but it doesn't seem to contain the info needed. Also I forgot to ask what you mean by Safe Mode is not available did you you follow the tutorial and you have to start tapping F8 as soon as you start the PC. Does it go through POST when you start. Sometimes one has to try a few times to get into safe mode before it's successful and tap F8 continuously while it's starting to boot

Edit: It's OK now and the file downloads fine

Yes it does work now with the new file. Shut the PC down and start tapping F8 as soon as you turn it on even before you see the POST screen that always shows up at the beginning and keep tapping it. You have to tap F8 continuously not just once

Some systems use F5 to go into safe mode so try that. Do you have a Windows disk or a repair disk

Is the Hard Drive detected in BIOS setup anywhere? If not try reinstalling it, check cables, or try another HD.

If HD is detected test it with maker's Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure extended CD scan followed by http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html. Then test the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html.

Once hardware is confirmed proceed with the other steps in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219533-troubleshooting-windows-7-failure-boot.html
