help needed window not start

i have window 7 32 bit ultimate intalled but after one month it not booting stuck in window starting i try to open safe mode but not open i m try to recovered it intalling cd but stuck in window starting what i do even window xp not installed i dont know why plz help

try to do system restore .. and restore to an earlier point..that's the easiest thing

you can do system restore from the windows 7 repair dvd that you have

There are 4 distinct steps to a Windows 7 PC starting up:

• Starting the BIOS and then handing off to the OS
• "Starting Windows" (Black Screen)
• "Welcome" (Blue Screen)
• Desktop

Where in these steps the process stops tells us a lot about what could be going on.


During "Starting Windows" the PC's hardware is being initialized and drivers are being loaded. During "Welcome" the OS is being loaded and configured.
