I want to buy new pc: CPU: Intel i7 2600k (1155)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68X UD3R 1155
RAM: 8GB (2*4GB) GSkill pc12800, (1600MHz),
Graphics card: Asus GTX 560Ti DCII TOP
Hard drive: SSD OCZ 120GB Vertex III (SataII?)
Hard Drive: 2TB EARX WD 64-mb
DVD-ROM : samsung SATA 22* OEM
Case: CoolerMaster Centurion V 500W psu?
power supply: C/Master GX- 750W
windows 7 home premium 64-bit
Can anyone please comment on if this is a good build for doing applications such as , high end graphics (such as Photoshop-CS5, and 3D animation))games, video, movies, etc. thank you

I have my doubts about the Power supply I would personally go for a modular design and a quick search revealed this; Cooler Master GX 750 W Power Supply Review | Hardware Secrets Read the conclusions.
The rest seems OK to me, you may eventually benefit from more RAM, but that is no problem as you can always add it later.

i would highly recommend a modular psu, makes for a neater case.

another SSD choice would be the corsair force 3. they are sata3 6gbps, well they can only pull around 4.5gbps but has added headroom.

its funny sata3 is relatively new and its soon to be out dated and the bottle neck for newer drives
