Help please BSOD problem. Crashing atleast twice a day.

Try to update lan driver.
Also undo any tcp/ip patches you've attempted, if you have. Reset the TCP/IP stack.
Run these commands by copying and pasting one at a time, hitting enter after each.
ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat -R
nbtstat -RR
netsh int reset all
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

This might be it.
This onboard LAN chipsent is problematic ever since I put XP on it and it stops working but without crashing the PC. Now with Windows 7 i was completely forgot about this LAN. I am using an add-on LAN card now. Good job thanks again.

Well, finally I found out that my machine crashed because I had bad RAM ... downloaded the RAM tester and after testing for a while with RAM swapping ... all of them are bad. Buy new RAM and now everything is fine. TY all for watching.
