I guess your bluetooth card is turned off in BIOS. Enabling it can fix this issue.

R for starter 1 gig of ram is way to little for 64 bit. have you down loaded the bluetooth driver?
Bumping isn't going to do anything if we dont know what your system is abt or if you dont tell us things like whats in device manager

No I dont think we need to s ee it bigger. we just need info If you need help with either device manager or anything else JUST ask. thats why we are here

Did you have bluetooth working on a previous OS. Has it ever worked? if you go here https://secure3.tx.acer.com/FindSystem/FindSystem.aspx?title=Information About Your System, and enter your serial number it will tell you if you have bluetooth, and if you do what driver is needed.
