Looking at the System pane isn't going to tell you whether you're connected to a HomeGroup or not. Follow the steps under the "Find out if your PC belongs to a homegroup" section here, and make sure WebMain is part of the HomeGroup.Yes all 4 say WORKGROUP including Webmain.
Unless it's an admin share, I never get prompted for credentials when clicking on a remote computer in Explorer. I'm starting to wonder if there's an option under the Advanced sharing settings pane that is amiss. Would you be able to take a screenshot of all settings in that pane?On each box as soon as I touch nthe WEBMAIN name in the Explorer tree, I get the panel so cannot see any of those or other drives.
