Hi all!

In another thread I'd been discussing my custom build plans and got directed here.

Think I can get some help on what I should do? I'm trying to budget this the best that I can, as I don't have a steady source of income due to my age (seventeen).

My build plans were this: Finalized Build - FrankRDs Saved Part List - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Qua... - PCPartPicker
After taking advice, they turned in to this: 7Forums Help - FrankRDs Saved Part List - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-C... - PCPartPicker

I already have the GPU listed in both and have been using it for a few months now.

Recently I've been slowing down on gaming, but would like to pick it back up.

I know that 4TB is probably overkill, but seeing as a single game cant take up 80+ gigs, it's reasonable.

Thanks in advance for the help! :)

The drives you had picked out were actually Data Center drives (they are going crazy now with different types)

If you wanted performance WD`s then you get the Blacks, but they are $199, if you had money to burn then sure, if not the ones I linked are just fine, I`ve had them in for almost 4 months now, and no issues with them at all. And they both run at 28/29C :)

I`ll have to get a temp on the gaming drive while I`m killing Zombies :D

Sounds like the drives suggested are going to do just fine! Those temps would be helpful once you've got them :)
I'll be playing things like Elder Scrolls Online, general sandbox games, and similar.
If the temps stay good during some good ol' fashioned zombie killing, then it should be fine for the previously mentioned.
I've racked up quite a library from HumbleBundle and Steam sales!
