Help!!! Windows 7 Crashing on startup!

ok,when the four colourful orbs fly around and connect,then your OS loads right? Not for me,they stop in mid air and stall. :sarc:

So I read a few threads earlier and I know I have to upload my .dmp file here as a zip so here it is. Can someone please help me on this matter? It starts up fine sometimes but only after many,many restarts.
