Help with irregular PC crashes

Hi I have had a few crashes on my pc and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I have attached some zip files of the minidumps if that helps.This is some of the error that i get.

This is a hardware error caused by defective hardware, dumps point to your CPU

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.
Note that this test may overheat the CPU, ensure proper cooling
