Hi .Im building a second rig i have a q6600 2.4ghz ,600 watt psu,gts 250 1gb,and a 7200 rpm 320 hdd.On windows 7 64 but.
I Need to know what be best rame with 4 gb 667 or 4gb 800 mhz,the mobo supports 667/800/1033 ram?

Nope!

As Yowan said, Its just more expensive.

You would only get a bottleneck if the RAM was say, 200mhz or similar. But i don't think DDR2 comes in that low of speed.
