What is the 'hiberfil.sys' is for? My setting for Hibernate after Setting is 'Never'. I thought this setting will not create 'hiberfil.sys'.

Disable Hibernate (and Delete hiberfil.sys) in Windows 7 or Vista

You’ll need to open an administrator mode command prompt by typing "cmd" in the start menu caption box. Right click "cmd.exe" from the Programs list and then choosing Run as Administrator. Once you’re there, type in the following command:
powercfg -h off
HTH
