High Memory use without processes

Since last week my PC is really slow. After check some things, virus, spyware etc. no solution. Searching on google get no useful results.

My pc has standard 4 GB of memory en normaly 1,x in use. Now around 3,8 GB in use allways. If watching taskmanager don't see the memory is using by a process.

I make a few printscreens from the problem.

I use to analyze the memory use Mapmap.exe and Poolmon.exe, tools from MS.

Do you print a lot?Or maybe doing a lot of image processing?I see paint is open...
I'm not an expert,but if I am right,metafile is container whic contains functions which areequivalent to vector graphics statements and some which are used to identify stored specifications of raster images,it is kind of an image multi format.
Hah,maybe it isn't the best explanation,but at least I tried

I see memory leaking skype.

Ok thanks, the solution was to uninstall Skype. I was using the new version 5.0
