High RAM usage please help me

Where could I see if I had already installed the Service pack 1?

Go to control panel and then system.

You will see a page that says "view basic information about your computer".

Read what it says under "Windows edition". It will say Service Pack 1 right there if it is installed.

uncheck ALL except for:

Sidebar    C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar\sidebar.exe /autoRun

REBOOT!

Go back to Scheduled Tasks in CCleaner.
Disable ALL

my ram usage went down to 49%
but there are still 60 processes running at my task manager is that normal?

The first time you try to use a program that requires Java, then you will be prompted to install Java. Your version was out-of-date and has some serious security flaws. Install the new version when so prompted.

Recommendation:
7-Zip is free and far superior than this product.

there is a legitimate program by this name but yours is suspect.

Since you have been using torrent programs and because of the above, then
THIS ADVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT:

(as necessary words: WINDOWS DEFENDER OFFLINE IS NOT Windows Defender)

RUN WDO, windows defender offline. Please use the link in my signature which is for a Microsoft site
Follow the instructions there.
I recommend installing to USB as opposed to rewriteable DVD.

WDO will automatically run a quick scan.
When the quick scan finishes, then run a FULL SCAN over ALL drives.
After you have exited from WDO, please upload the LOG files in: \Windows\Microsoft Antimalware\Support
