homegroup problem-says ipv6 not installed but really is

I just installed win7 on a HP pavilion d4790y.. and tried to join a homegroup but i get an error which says i must have Ipv6 installed... so i check my network adapter and it says its INstalled and its check(enabled). but i still get the error

Have a look in services. Start menu search box, type services.msc, hit enter. Ensure that the IP Helper service is set to auto and running.

If it is and you still need help, please open a command prompt. Copy and paste the following, then hit enter. Post a screenshot.

ipconfig /allcompartments /all

If you don't know, Homegroup only works between Windows 7 computers and no other operating systems. You can share drives or folders classically if you have Vista, XP etc... on another machine.

Regedit shown fixed problem

After many hours I did the regedit shown. Only one of my 3 Win7 systems had the problem. This is the only system that was upgraded from Vista. The other 2 were full installs. The regedit worked great.
