Yes, the Manage Folders is missing. I don't have Manage Folders. Only in this email address.

I do have it in my other Hotmail web email addresses.

Is it possible I have too many folders? I have about 15 folders. I can access any folder. But I just cannot access NEW FOLDERS. NEW FOLDERS - usually in blue - is not there in this one email web address/account.

Well, today (July 18, 2010) the blue "New Folder" mysteriously showed up on my Live Hotmail account.

"New Folder" was gone for about 3 weeks.
