How can I bypass fair use policy restrictions?
I was wondering if anyone knows how to bypass the restrictions that T-mobile/EE UK has implemented on my connection. I went over the limit and now I can't watch live streams and some videos. It like the flash player has been blocked by my provider. I'm using my laptop with my mobile connection (tethering)
