Solved How can I put my computer to sleep by the clock?

I'm setting up a backup schedule with Macrium Reflect. Ideally, I'd like to set the sleep signal to engage at 10:00pm. On one computer, activity ceases at random times so the backup is skipped because the sleep period kicks in.

Better still would be to have the computer wake up from sleep at 2:00AM, run the backup and then go back to sleep. Are any of these options possible?

Em i have one option that may apply. You can use task Schedular, but to put it in hibernation? If you want to do this i can post instructions. Waking up I'm not to sure about

here is a program that may be of use for you called Chameleon Shutdown Home page

Chameleon Shutdown allows you to switch off, restart, hibernate the computer and perform other operations both immediately and when certain conditions are met (specific time, delay, idle time, CPU usage, closure of a certain program).
You can add multiple conditions without limitation.
The interface supports skins and is very easy to use.

You can also schedule the backup process via the Task Scheduler. Very useful piece of software!

I think the Task Scheduler is the answer. Also, it looks like fun.
