How can I reinstall clean version of windows with OEM key

I called hp for help and microsoft for help, but it was a waste of time. I have genuine windows key and it even says its activated. I attached the system properties picture. I have an SSD that I want to upgrade to by clean installing. Do I unregister it then clean install it?

You can always unplug the hard drive, do your install on the ssd and try the key to see if it activates, if not you may just have to make a phone call to get it activated.

You cannot do a clean install using the OEM Key found on your machine alone - though it is possible, but mentioning it here is not approved.

You may still do a clean install using the product id mentioned in the Certificate of Authenticity stuck in your machine.

Before clean installing with the Product ID on the COA sticker, make the Recovery CDs as ordained by your OEM if you hadn't made one already. Just as a standby.
