Solved How can I turn off Parental Controls?

I played around with Parental Controls yesterday, and now I can't seem to turn it off. I Googled it, and based on what I saw, you just set the option to 'Off' and it's off, but it's still turned on!!

How can I get rid of this thing?

As it turns out, it was a new 'user account'. I'm not sure how that got added in there, but I did some more Googling, figured out how ot delete this new user account that appeared out of nowhere, and I'm all set now.
