Yes I have scratched the refrigerated freon pipe system. I had no trouble keeping the condensation from the inlet and outlet pipes out of the system (tubed double pipe). I could never keep the condensation at the cpu block under control with numerous attempts at a solution (damn those little drops of water....). When the temperatures were raised high enough, the condensation would not be a problem but that defeated the whole purpose of my experiment. So, this has been put on a back burner until I can read some more up on what some other people have done with refrigerated systems.
I did find a damaged Jager machine on craigslist (top and dispenser broken, chiller works perfect) that I am going to add into a water loop and see what happens. Thanks for all the insight and opinions!
