How Do I Access these Folders?

I appear to be locked out the folders with the little arrows on them as shown in the picture below, can anybody tell me the procedure to gain access to these folders so I can go looking for specific files.

Hi Pedro,

Those folders are not real folders as such, rather they are what is known as Junctions. They exist for backwards compatibility with older programs and applications not specifically written for Vista and W7.

Off the top of my head, I'm not 100% sure which folder each one refers to, but I do know that the My Documents one refers to My Documents (without the shortcut arrow), and it is that folder which you can access.
