How do I delete MSN from being IE 11's home page?

Although I do not use IE 11 regularly, when I do bring it up, I'd like it to open with a blank page as the 'home page'. For some reason, I can't get rid of MSN as the default home page.

Can someone advise how to deal with this problem? Thanks, in advance, for advice, instructions, etc.

go to IE's options and clik 'Use New Tab' for home page.

If and or when you sign out of outlook.com you should or at least I have always been directed to the login page
I've always had Google as a home page.

That doesn't work looks like all you can do is dump ie11 it ignores internet options restricted sites zones now just like edge does in win-10 and outlook.com for that matter it pretty much bites anyway

thx for looking into it. I really have no show-stopping problems with Outlook, IE, etc. My cyber-needs are simple and small and so are my issues.

Hi,
Just MS up to it's own tricks pushing people to the nasty msn home page of theirs :/
I would usually open outlook/ hotmail in an in-private window of it's own and just close it when I'm done so no logging out necessary.
