How do I disable the green loading bar in the address bar?

I've searched the forum and google and I haven't been able to find a way to disable the green loading bar animation, and neither TuneUp Utilities or WinaeroTweaker seem to have an option for it. I know there are ways to make the bar load faster like turning off thumbnails, but how can I just disable the animation altogether? I attached a picture of what I'm trying to disable.

I've never given that a thought. Where its present, it doesn't appear to be causing any speed issues.

I just really find it annoying, and I can't seem to find any way to disable it. A program, a registry hack, anything like that.

It is so weird, I've scoured the internet but I can't find anything about just making the bar not appear. It's not that it's too slow, I just don't like seeing it at all. I know it means I wouldn't know if explorer is still processing a folder or not, but I don't care. There has to be a way...

No doubt their is a way to disable it.
I just don't know anybody who is going to spend hours, days or maybe weeks trying to figure it out.

Yeah, I'm just trying to find if someone already knows how to disable it. It's not really a huge deal I guess, but I can't be the only one who finds it annoying.
