Last night while I was on a website my monitor screen had the webpage up but no bars with options at the top or bottom. The system traywas not at the bottom and the address bar and tool bar was not at the top. There was no way to close out because there was no X at the top and no way toclose out at the bottom. Somehow by right clicking on the screen I got it to goback to normal. Also when I right click on the upper tool bar one of theoptions is “Lock the toolbars”. Should that be checked by default? Can anyonehelp me with this? Thank you, TomS
