how do I get system repair disc

I have a Lenovo T500 with the Lenovo restore partition installed. I think I damaged the system pretty good, and when I tried to restore it from within Win7 it booted into the restore partition and installed a very old backup that got all mixed up with the new stuff. Now I can't even log into Windows anymore, just into the restore partition. My preference would be to restore a fairly recent image, but I don't have system repair disc. So I am wondering if I can create a repair disc if I was able to boot into safe mode with command prompt, or create one with a different computer that has windows 7 (but different manufacturer and version), or use the windows 7 install discs that I created when the computer was first turned on?

Thanks - I assume that is if I am able to get to a command prompt...

If you are unable to boot your Windows 7 to create a Windows 7 System Repair Disc, then you could create it on another computer to use on your computer.
