How do I improve reboot time

I bought new Inspiron N5110 i7,4gb ram,500gb hard disk,1gb Nvidia gt525m graphic card,
its reboot time is more than 2 minutes.

Pls help how can I improve it.
Its performance is also low somtimes.Pls help.

Have you tryed typing " Msconfig" in the run dialog box and going to the start up tab and deselecting programs that startup that you know you do not need? Also there could be alot of bloated hardware or in other words preinstalled hardware that could also be slowing your system down. Im sure there are a bunch of other things that could possibly be the problem but thats all I can think off right now.

68 seconds is a respectable time for any system without an SSD.

All fans PWM; speeds at idle: CPU circa 500 rpm; intake circa 600 rpm; exhaust circa 600 rpm; CPU temps 27 idle and 47 C load in a warm room (27 C/81 F) when running Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test.
it has also 1gb Nvidia Graphic card but it shows just 4.8 rating....

1GB of memory doesn't mean you have a good video card. If you don't have a powerful GPU, you won't get a high score.
