How do I move C:\Users etc. to my Data Drive?

Guess the title is self-explanatory. I have a separate drive for all my data and it's time to move the Users folder to that drive. I suspect I need to change a pointer in the Registry. Thank you..........

I don't use the users folder, so have no first hand experience. I just save directly to my data drive D.
