How Do I repair the MBR without a disk?

Hello everyone. As the title suggeests, I want to repair the MBR and I have no disk. I got windows 7 pre-installed on my laptop and no disk came with it. It has a dual boot with Kubuntu, and I want to uninstall that completely, but it has the first choice of what system to boot into. I've deleted the partition that Kubuntu was on before, but I had to reinstall it because the grub boot loader doesn't show up and therefore I can't do anything because I can't boot windows. So any help would be great, and I'm pretty new to this so if you have a method, a tutorial would be great, if not, I'll take all the help i can get Thank you all in advance.

Does your laptop has any recovery environment pre-installed which lets you boot into and restore the factory settings? If yes, then restore it and follow- http://www.ehow.com/how_6644056_remove-grub-boot-manager.html

If not, see if any of your friend has got windows 7 on their pc and use that to create a Repair Disc- http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2083-system-repair-disc-create.html

Or, Download Partition Wizard Bootable CD allows user to boot computer directly to manage partition.. If it detects the windows partition (should be marked as primary or active) and click 'Rebuild MBR' and click apply at the bottom left.

I think he's unable to boot into either of the OSes.

I can boot into both of them, but it's a real pain because if i don't choose the windows 7 boot loader from the grub menu after like 10 seconds, it will auto load Kubuntu so i'd have to restart my laptop. EzioAuditorem, does the first method delete anything other then the GRUB boot manager? I need to keep all my files.

Glad it worked. And no, corrupted mbr or removing/replacing the mbr has nothing to do with the files. They won't be deleted.
