How do i uninstall deleted folders?

Hello!

I know this sounds strange, but here's the story behind the problem:

I had a problem with skype and i found out that because i unistalled Internet Explorer i see a blank page instead the normal page on skype. So, i re-installed IE 10. But everytime i used to open it (to test javascript), IE 10 closed itself! So i searched for uninstalling it, but i could not find anything, so i deleted his folder. Now every time i try to install IE 9 (wich is also good for skype) it says that i already have an IE installed (but i cannot open my "installed" IE).

Can i do something to uninstall IE10? Or i have to re-install my windows?

Just like to add Undo last action is Ctrl+Z

Looks like you messed it up big time. What made you think that deleting the folder would uninstall IE10.

Best you can do is to reinstall IE10 and if you want to get rid of it, use the proper uninstall procedure - i.e. via the installed updates.
