How late is activation open

When I call the automated line and it directs me to an actual person, how late are they open? Cause it redirected me yesterday n I think I might need to do a install again after deleting my current VM cause I am not sure that it installed correctly

I believe they are open 8-5 Pacific time.

Not sure, but I would guess that they would be available during Office Hours for your geographical location. Try between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri (your time) on the number for your locale.

If you activated in the call yesterday, then it may have updated your hardware signature (which is what the robocall does) and you'll not need to make the call again for reinstalls.

So try the web activation first.

Was there a special issue which required in-person assistance?

I've talked to them at 4 am EST...I do not thing they close at all.
