How often the computer is cleaned and how to do ?

Hi vaccer, welcome to Seven Forums,
There are many people who clean in very different ways, all of which suit them and their needs.
I personally, run Disk Cleanup [in Extended Mode from a shortcut I setup on the desktop], CCleaner and Glary Utilities. I do NOT however, cleanup the registry in any way, shape or form. I also defragment the HDD at the same time. I usually do this on the live system or in Safe Mode.

Use freeing disk space when I install large, clean programs and do this procedure 15 days as usual. And I have the optimum performance from the beginning. In addition to that I have basic startup programs to not encourage booting or lose memory.

Since I use SSDs in all my commuters I don't need to defrag. I do have a second HDD in the desktp that is a platter, but it's rarely used so a defrag is not really necessary.
I run Ccleaner absent of the registry cleaner and then run System Ninja which will find more temps files then you thought possible. In addition to that I'll use Revouninstaller to uninstall programs and every once in a while run WinDirStat to delete massive files I don't need anymore. Most are old downloads I kept for stupid reasons.

I totally agree with F22 Simpilot. Revo Uninstaller is a must when it comes to deleting programs. If you run it in Advanced scan mode it gets rid of all the leftovers.

I hate those useless files, they are like cockroaches, They can't always be deleted completely, and reproduce especially quickly .

What did you expect it to do?
A complete re-install at this stage is a bit drastic without knowing what the OP's problems are and if they can be resolved!
