Solved How to access restricted Internet sites?

Okay So i know about vpn etc etc but on the wifi which is open i have to use login and password but the problem is that few sites are blocked and when i use vpn it gets disconnected again and again and i have to login after 10 min or so.
So is there any way to access blocked sites without logging again and again...
When no vpn is used it remains continously connected...
Online proxy sites are not working...
