how to add a track to a video file?

hello anyone
i'm looking for a software to make me able to add aditional audio to a video file
the reason of doing it for me is to add another language to the movies that i watch
and also how to delete a movie's soundtrack
so tell me please what software should i use?

is it possible by video director or corel video studio?
if you know more lighter software tell me because i am not sure if my system can run these softwares (core i 5,4 gb,intel 3hd 000)

yes i know this software but it doesn't delete the audio file,it just extract it and give you a mp3 audio,but i want to delete it to be able to change the language

please tell me a software and it doesn't matter if it's free or not free,or like it's multi porpuse or no,or it is professional or no,just refer me a software and a tutorial if its possible for you.

also can i do it with professional softwares such as cyberlink video director or corel video studio or...?

The only I know is Handbrake (HandBrake), it allows you to create videos and add or remove sound tracks from existing source files, so you can delete the previous and replace with a new one. It's open source.
