How to always import pictures to the same folder

Is there a way to tweek Import Pictures & Videos to always put new pictures & videos from my iPhone into the same folder so the number increase by one

What it does now is puts any new pictures into a new sub folder starting with the the number one.

You can also open the files in the camera and then use Copy to Folder
