how to avoid new folder creation when i double click folder in window

i using windows 7 professional , when i use mycompute and navigate throws it. i just click folder in iy. then new folder navigation window open. how to avoid this . help me. Thank you.

In Explorer Folder Options make sure "Launch folder windows in a separate process" in not checked. If you uncheck it make sure to hit "Apply to all Folders" or it will only change the setting for the folder you have open.
