I agree, that using METHOD 5 for CCleaner as Danny posted above would be the easiest way to remove them.

Alternatively, under the "location" column, it says where in the system is the item (in that case from a registry key). You can also go to that registry key, or file using Windows Explorer is that were the case, and delete it from there.
